is a women owned business that was started in 1998 to fill a “missing niche” in the catering
industry—Creative, design oriented food, that tastes and looks delicious.
Laura and Betsy have over 30 years of cooking
and catering experience, helping clients and their families. They made it an official business in 1998.
Laura and Betsy have purchased Cedar Springs by the lakes
pavilion. They are now offering catering at their off-site facility. Please check out the website for information.

It means garnishing chef and was coined by a French chef
that worked with Betsy and Laura. He called them the best garnishing chefs he had ever seen.
How do I pronounce it?
Le as in an Hawaiian Lei and
Garmaché as in Gar-mar-che which rhymes with the last part of Bon Marche.
